Agency Reporting Training

e-Learning

All agency and claims manager representatives with a valid user account can access the Agency Reporting e-Learning Modules on the Risk InSite Portal. These e-Learning modules overview the agency reporting tool on the Risk InSite Portal for both basic and advanced users.

If you are an agency representative and you wish to have authorised access to the Risk InSite Portal, speak to your claims manager about applying for a Risk InSite user account.

If you are a claims manager (or another service provider) and you wish to have authorised access to the Risk InSite Portal, please contact the icare tmf Help Desk about applying for a Risk InSite user account.

Warning: The content, applications, and portlets in the Risk InSite Portal and associated icare tmf Systems are secured information. Access to the Risk InSite Portal and associated icare tmf Systems is only available to those with a valid user account. Any attempt to access the Risk InSite Portal or an associated icare tmf System without a valid user account will be deemed a malicious act and legal action may be taken.

Face-to-Face Learning

Claims managers are responsible for delivering face-to-face agency reporting training to icare tmf-member agency representatives who have completed the e-Learning modules. If you are a icare tmf-member agency representative, speak to your claims manager about face-to-face training for both basic and advanced users.
